Recently, the Shanghai Bar Association released the "(Trial) Guidelines for Lawyers Handling E-commerce Network Infringement Cases (2023)". These guidelines are primarily from the perspective of platform operators and establish a normative behavior system that platform operators should follow, while also taking into account the rights and protections of other parties within the platform, such as merchants and consumers. The guidelines not only provide practicing lawyers with detailed and practical references for handling cases but also offer guidance for all parties involved in e-commerce to avoid legal risks. Our firm has fully reprinted the guidelines for study and benefit.

Link&King has extensive experience in legal services related to e-commerce platforms, mainly including: dispute resolution between e-commerce platforms and consumers, merchant tenants, agents, and delivery personnel; designing cooperation frameworks between e-commerce platforms and related partners; ongoing legal advisory services for e-commerce platform corporate compliance and contract review; representation in administrative complaints, administrative penalty hearings, and administrative litigation related to e-commerce platforms; and legal services concerning antitrust, intellectual property, and labor dispute cases related to e-commerce platforms.
