On November 21, 2025, the sub-forum on "Public Interest Issues in International Commercial Arbitration," part of the 2025 Shanghai Arbitration Week, was successfully held at Shanghai University. The event was hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai Committee, and the Shanghai Arbitration Association, and organized by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, the ADR and Arbitration Research Institute of Shanghai University, Link&King, and Shanghai Zhirong Zhize Law Firm.
